Privacy Policy
Panamon is a small professional website, not a data factory. This page explains what data may be processed, why, and how to contact us.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Panamon / Bram Eylenbosch. For privacy questions, contact bram@panamon.be.
What data we may process
- Contact details and message content when you email Panamon or use a contact form.
- Technical website data such as IP address, browser type, device information, visited pages, timestamps and basic security logs.
- Analytics or marketing data through Google Tag Manager, only after you accept optional cookies.
- Communication history if we are discussing a project, collaboration, application or business opportunity.
Why we process data
- To reply to messages and project requests.
- To keep the website secure and functioning.
- To understand how the website is used, when optional analytics are accepted.
- To manage professional relationships, proposals, collaborations and follow-up.
Legal bases
Depending on the situation, processing may be based on consent, legitimate interest, pre-contractual communication, contractual necessity or a legal obligation. Optional analytics and marketing tags are based on consent.
Processors and third parties
The site may rely on hosting, WordPress, email, security, form, backup and analytics or marketing tools. Current relevant services may include Combell, WordPress, Gutenverse, WP Mail SMTP, UpdraftPlus, Really Simple Security and Google Tag Manager. Embedded or linked third-party content may have its own privacy practices.
Cookies
More detail is available in the Cookie Policy. Optional Google Tag Manager tracking is only loaded after consent.
How long data is kept
Contact and project communication is kept as long as needed for professional follow-up, administration or legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by hosting and security systems. Analytics retention depends on the tools configured through Google Tag Manager.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your personal data, or object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time. You also have the right to contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Security
Panamon uses HTTPS and WordPress security measures to reduce risk. No website is risk-free, but the aim is to keep data collection limited, practical and proportionate.
